Solmiko, Glanbia Nutritional’s milk protein concentrate (MPC) and milk protein isolate (MPI) are spray dried MPC and MPI powders made from fresh ultra-filtered skim milk. These advanced milk proteins are an excellent source of native casein and whey proteins in the same ratio as found naturally in milk.
Solmiko milk proteins are characterised by low bacterial counts and are available in powder form. The ingredients also offer excellent flavour, solubility and heat stability and can be easily incorporated into a variety of foods and beverages, both functional and nutritional.
