In response to demand for non-chemical
antimicrobials, we launched a unique dairy-based
ingredient designed for cosmetic
applications. Glovon, a patented technology,
is a naturally potent ingredient that effectively
combats bacterial growth in personal care
products. Comprising of dairy proteins and
fat fractions, it combines the efficacy of
conventional preservatives with a safe,
completely natural profile.
Healthy skin from within
Another of our dairy-based ingredients on
stand was Bioferrin. This bioactive protein is
extracted from whey using our proprietary
fractionation processing technologies to
protect skin from the effects of ageing.
Bioferrin increases hyaluronic acid by as
much as ten times to significantly improve the
skin’s moisture and suppleness.
In turn, it helps reduce the appearance
of fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother,
more youthful complexion.
Radical protection
OlivActiv is an all-natural olive fruit extract
containing >30% hydroxytyrosol, one of
nature’s most potent antioxidants. This
ingredient is recognised to boost a healthy
complexion by exerting a free radical
scavenging effect that prevents oxidative
damage.
