Accelerated Aged Cheddar Cheese

Outstanding cultures and precise temperature control give this cheese the bold flavor, firm body, closed texture and clean aroma typically found in more mature cheddar, but with significant cost and time savings from minimal aging. It’s offered in white, colored (using Annatto and/or Beta-Carotene) and in reduced fat and sodium varieties. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Classic Cheddar Cheese

Our all-natural, cheddar is one of our most popular cheeses. It has a firm body, with a closed but creamy texture, a mild flavor and a clean aroma. Colby & Jack Cheese

Colby Cheese

This semi-hard cheese is similar to cheddar, but with a milder flavor and softer body. Annatto is added for color. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Colby Jack Cheese

This long-time favorite marbles white Monterey Jack and orange Colby curd together to create a firm-bodied cheese with a slightly open texture and a delicious mild flavor. Annatto is added for color. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Pepper Jack Cheese

Red and green jalapenos add just the right amount of heat to a creamy Monterey Jack base. A semi-soft body and slightly open texture add to its appeal, helping make this cheese a worldwide favorite. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Red & Green Habanero Pepper Jack Cheese

Fresh Curd

This cheese has a semi-soft body with a clean, fresh aroma. It’s made in a barrel format which makes it an ideal solution for process cheese applications. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

LMPS Mozzarella Cheese

This mild flavored cheese is formulated as a stirred curd Mozzarella. It’s ideal for salads, pizzas, hot or cold sandwiches and other entrees and is available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Muenster Cheese

Ghost Pepper Jack Cheese

Organic Cheese

We proudly offer the following certified organic cheeses: Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, Parmesan, Colby Jack and LMPS Mozzarella. All of our organic cheeses are certified in accordance to the provisions of Title 22, Chapter 11, Idaho Code, Organic Food Products, IDAPA 02.06.33, Organic Food Product Rules and 7 CFR Part 205 National Organic Program.
