The company is among a small number to be honored.

The Greater Suzhou Best Employer Campaign is a prestigious competition, having attracted over 1,000 employers in the past six years. This year, 150 domestic and international companies from a number of industries participated. Based on a committee review and public voting, Glanbia Nutritionals successfully achieved this recognition.  Glanbia joines a select group of other winners, including Bosch, Samsung, GE and Avery Dennison.

Each entrant was rated on the four dimensions below:

Brand Capability

Each entrant’s brand is reviewed by a committee comprised of representatives of government, media, labor union and HR experts. Five key elements were reviewed – Employer Development, Company Culture, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.

Brand Credibility

Brand credibility is measured through an online assessment of general Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices and specialized requirements depending on the specific industry.

The CSR aspect of the competition includes the below factors:

  • Integrity Management
  • Harmonious Environment
  • Quality and Innovation
  • Sustainable Development

Brand Perceptivity

Each employer submits a brand video that is reviewed and voted upon by the public.

Brand Influence

The assessment metrics for brand influence include Brand Popularity, Recognition, Association and Positive & Negative Asset Concept.

This prestigious competition has become a visible platform for employers to gain the attention of millions of job seekers within Suzhou and the surrounding areas.  Being recognized as one of the best employers in Suzhou will help raise awareness of our company in the region, and help us continue to attract highly talented individuals to strengthen and build our growing team.
