Each entrant was rated on the four dimensions below:

Brand Capability

Each entrant’s brand is reviewed by a committee comprised of representatives of government, media, labor union and HR experts. Five key elements were reviewed – Employer Development, Company Culture, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.

Brand credibility is measured through an online assessment of general Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices and specialized requirements depending on the specific industry.

The CSR aspect of the competition includes the below factors:

  • Integrity Management
  • Harmonious Environment
  • Quality and Innovation
  • Sustainable Development

Brand Perceptivity

Each employer submits a brand video that is reviewed and voted upon by the public.
