This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Food Tech Summit & Expo—the largest food ingredients trade show in Mexico and Central America. The two-day event runs from September 27th to 28th at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City, with over 20,000 attendees from 16 countries expected this year.1
