He Xiaoyu - Research Manager, Asia Pacific Glanbia Nutritionals
Xiaoyu He is AsPac Research Manager for Glanbia Nutritionals, based at Glanbia’s Singapore Collaboration Centre. Her area of focus is nutritional food and beverage application including bars, healthy snacking, beverage, sports nutrition etc. She worked at Glanbia’s various R&D centres cross the world, including Ireland, U.S and Singapore. Xiaoyu studied at Ireland and China, holds Master Degrees from University College Dublin (UCD) and University College Cork (UCC). Subsequently she moved from Ireland to Singapore with Farmleigh Fellowship scholarship to study Asian Business at Nanyang Technology University (NTU) Business School and received M.S. Asia Business Master Degree from UCC. Xiaoyu previously also worked at Irish national dairy research centre Teagasc Moorepark, Abbott Nutrition and Symrise.

Bryan Soh - Regional Manager of Consumer Foods Bühler
Bryan Soh responsible since 2013 of the business area of Consumer Foods (Cocoa, Chocolate, Confectioneries and Coffee) of Bühler in the regions Southeast Asia and Oceania. Bryan has a deep experience in supporting chocolate, biscuits and snack companies in industrializing food production, from factory design and production line engineering, to commissioning and maintenance. Brad Meyers - Senior Director, Product Strategic Management Glanbia Nutritionals
Brad Meyers is Senior Director, Product Strategic Management for Glanbia Nutritionals based in Chicago Illinois. He oversees the Healthy Snacking portfolio of ingredients for the company globally. Brad has been working in the food industry since 2004 and is considered a subject matter expert in specialty ingredients. Brad is a Certified Food Scientist and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Food Science from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he delivers a guest lecture on food ingredients each year; he was also one of three former students recognized with the outstanding young alumni award in 2014 by the college of ACES. Since joining Glanbia in 2016 Brad has helped to drive double-digit growth in the category via new ingredient and finished product launches in both domestic and international markets. He is also a member of the The Institute of Food Technologists and International Society of Beverage Technologists. Brad has been published in the Journal of Food Science and is a contributing author to the 4th edition of Alternative Sweeteners.

Edgar Baudoux - Commercial Director, Southeast Asia, India & Korea Glanbia Nutritionals
Edgar is the Commercial Director at Glanbia Nutritionals, in charge of Southeast Asia, India and Korea. He joined Glanbia in Singapore 8 years ago and spent more than 14 years in the Food Ingredients industry in the US and in the APAC region. Edgar is currently working hand to hand with the customers in the region, supporting their projects on fast moving markets like lifestyle and sport nutrition, functional RTD and protein bar markets, helping customers capturing more business opportunities.
