The Food Tech Summit is the largest solutions expo for the food industry in Latin America. For 15 years it has brought together industry leaders in one place to generate a platform of professional solutions for your company. Glanbia Nutritionals had the pleasure of being a part of this great event.

On September 27th and 28th, we presented our solutions portfolio that showcased how our innovative health ingredients can help you support your consumers’ wellness journey.

Glanbia Nutritionals made a meticulous selection to present applications that represented our product portfolio. This year, we provided a delicious shake bar that featured:

  • BevOat™ LV: Oat drink with coffee; fresh, light, and nutritious. Cold drink added with delicious BevOat™ LV specialty oatmeal offers a gluten-free, low viscosity, dairy-free contribution. 
  • FerriUp™ Berry Smoothie: Ready-to-mix (RTM) whey protein powder drink rich in lactoferrin and vitamin B12 to support active women, with a delicious taste.
  • High Protein Mocha Bar: Mocha bar with our BarPro® 296 and Barpro® 585 proteins that achieved a product with a pleasant texture and longer shelf life. 
  • EdiSparklz® Edible Glitter: These sprinkles showcase the fun, colorful, and inspiring look of EdiSparklz® edible glitter, especially for seasonal, sale, or limited time applications. You'll remember them applied on eye-catching candy pops and as a topping on BevOat™ LV beverages.
