Milchproteine enthalten mizellares Kasein, Molke und Bioaktivstoffe.

Milchproteine werden direkt aus Magermilch unter Verwendung von Filtrationsverfahren hergestellt, um Laktose und Fett zu entfernen. Sie enthalten mizellares Kasein, Molkeproteine und bioaktive Proteine in den ursprünglichen Relationen, die in der Milch vorkommen. Erhältlich als Milchproteinisolate (mindestens 90% Protein) und Milchproteinkonzentrate (<90% Protein).
