Bill has spent the past 20+ years managing marketing teams with some of the largest retailers in the U.S. Most recently Bill has focused his career in the health and wellness space with emerging CPG brands such as Vital Proteins and O2 Hydration, as a Marketing Manager in the fitness channel and Director of Partnership and Events. Bill is also a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach for almost 20 years and the owner of ForwardFit. 

Brian Choi
Managing Partner and CEO, The Food Institute

Brian Choi is Managing Partner and CEO of The Food Institute, the leading source for food industry news, data, and market trends. Brian is also an experienced financial executive in the food and agricultural industries, having previously worked in private equity and investment banking.

Brian currently serves as Advisory Board Member of the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, and Strategic Advisor to SIRL and MenuData. Brian has appeared on national media networks such as the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC, and the BBC.
