Glanbia Nutritionals Acquires PacMoore Processing Technologies

Glanbia Nutritionals has acquired PacMoore Processing Technologies (PPT) in Mooresville, Indiana as well as its R&D facility in Gridley, Illinois for $53 million.

PPT is a subsidiary of the PacMoore group, a US based food manufacturer which produces high quality ingredients for the food industry.

PacMoore Processing Technologies specializes in extrusion, spray-drying and blending. The addition of these technologies will strengthen Glanbia Nutritionals ability to support its customers in the healthy snacking and related nutrition segments. In addition, the knowledge and experience of the combined teams will further enhance Glanbia’s ability to deliver optimized ingredient systems.
