Accelerated Aged Cheddar Cheese

Outstanding cultures and precise temperature control give this cheese the bold flavor, firm body, closed texture and clean aroma typically found in more mature cheddar, but with significant cost and time savings from minimal aging. It’s offered in white, colored (using Annatto and/or Beta-Carotene) and in reduced fat and sodium varieties. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Chipotle Pepper Cheddar Cheese

Colby Cheese

This semi-hard cheese is similar to cheddar, but with a milder flavor and softer body. Annatto is added for color. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Colby Jack Cheese

This long-time favorite marbles white Monterey Jack and orange Colby curd together to create a firm-bodied cheese with a slightly open texture and a delicious mild flavor. Annatto is added for color. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Sweet Heat Habanero Jack Cheese

Asadero Cheese

This semi-soft cheese has a clean aroma and a texture similar to Monterey Jack. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Accelerated Aged Gouda Cheese

This firm-bodied, closed-textured cheese has a delicious nutty, buttery flavor, with slightly sweet notes of fruit and caramel. Excellent flavor development via minimal aging results in significant cost savings. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Asiago Cheese

This smooth cheese has a semi-hard body and no mechanical openings. Its buttery, nutty, and slightly sweet with a mild lipase flavor that pairs well with a wide range of dishes and cuisines. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Havarti Cheese

Muenster Cheese

This semi-soft cheese has a delicious mild flavor and a distinctive pale color. We craft ours without the traditional orange rind so it’s easier to use in shred and melt applications. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Queso Quesadilla

This semi-soft cheese has a clean aroma and texture similar to Monterey Jack. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Parmesan Cheese

Queso Quesadilla/Asadero Cheese

Black Pepper White Cheddar

Ghost Pepper Jack Cheese

Vitamin D Cheese

This cheese is fortified with natural Vitamin D3, making it an excellent food source to deliver 20% of your daily Vitamin D. It’s available sliced, shredded, cubed, or as an ingredient or powder.

Freeze Dried Cheese Shred

Glanbia now has the capability to freeze dry many of our shreddable cheese varieties. Freeze dried cheese is a shelf stable cheese that functions as a normal cheese once it is rehydrated. It can be used for multiple cooking applications once rehydrated, or for immediate consumption as-is. Available in 40lb bag-in-box shreds.
